With safety as a priority, we cling to cloth and glass in private dreams. Like the sock drawer, everything has its order in the flesh. We were left with longing.
The 15-minute performance addresses the tension between closeness and distance. Although the work was created during the pandemic, the atmosphere resonates within all relations and remains relevant.
The lighting creates a literal self-reflection within the glass panels. At the same time, the other person is also reflected, allowing the performers to be close to one another, at least visually.
